BOOKINGS

Groups from Bury, Greater Manchester, have priority but we accept bookings from elsewhere. Early booking is advised as the centre is very popular. Bookings may be made on a weekend basis arriving Friday from 4:00pm, vacating the Hostel by 4:00pm on Sunday. For mid-week use parties may arrive at any notified time, having regards to other bookings but must vacate the hostel by 1 pm on the day of departure.

Charges for exclusive use (w.e.f. Jan 1st 2007). These are subject to annual review.

The charges include use of all facilities including central heating, cooking and lighting costs, there are no extras but any damages must be paid for.

A booking deposit of £100 for short-stay bookings or £250 for 7 nights or more is required. No booking will be confirmed unless the deposit has been paid to the "Bury Jubilee O.P.C.". The balance is due 5 weeks before the first day of use, as set out in the "General conditions of hire". Any damages will be charged at cost.

In the event of cancellation deposits are not refundable.

The booking and use of the centre is conditional on the acceptance of the terms set out above and the agreement that the leader/hirer agrees to comply with the general conditions of hire a copy of which is attached for new users of the centre, or may be obtained on request from the secretary. The leader/hirer confirms that the information he has supplied is correct.
